African Art Hand Coiled Woven Bowl Basket Geometric Design Palm Leaves

Description

Handmade by an African weaver, this basket displays a geometrical diamond pattern in browns and oranges, and is made with sun-dried palm leaves, with a dark strip intertwined along the entire rim of the basket.
This unique work of art measures approximately 8.25″ wide and 4″ deep. It is tightly coiled and in very good preowned condition. There is some slight fraying (see photos) but it doesn’t detract from the beauty of the piece. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
